Willard Wirtz, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Labor-Management Relations James Reynolds, Special Counsel to the President Theodore Sorensen, and Senator Wayne Morse of Oregon. They discuss the ongoing labor situation with railroad workers, a dispute over work rules.
